KIDS TAEKWONDO
A structured martial arts program with regular promotions that help kids set and accomplish goals. Kids progress through the color belt levels and towards a black belt. And they have fun!
Cardio-Kickboxing
A Fantastic way to get in shape. These classes combine a great workout with self defense skills. No Experience Required and a nice way for parents to unwind!
Custom Programs
Want a bootcamp with your friends from the office? A self defense course or Anti-Bullying class for a classroom? Programs for Schools, teams, groups or individuals with specific custom objectives.
